I have been feeling a little weak these couple of days and realize it’s partly due to a lack of consumption of fruits and vegetables (the other part is exercise but let’s save that for another day).
So I’m making a plan to have a serving of either or both fruits and veggies daily, and trying to be creative at that too. Here are some interesting salads that caught my eye and will make me love incorporating more healthy goodness in my food diet.
